Let Go of the Negative and Let the Positive In

Lately, I have been feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I have taken on some big projects, mostly because I am unable to say "NO". (Anyone else suffer from this?!) What I have also found is that there is a lot of negativity around these days! (I'm also learning and accepting that I can't please everyone)

With all of the things I have to get done, I'm started to adopt the principle of POSITIVITY. So many people love to judge, or criticize, or just throw in unnecessary comments simply because they feel that they can. I have realized that I need to let go of those negative comments/feelings and focus on the positive. Otherwise, I will never get anything done in the way that I want to do it!
