A City Made for Fitness
Vancouver is a stunning city.
You can go from a snowy mountain to a warm beach all in the same day. Due to its beautiful landscape, it is easy to remain active in the city. In fact, the first thing I realized when I moved to Vancouver was how noticeably active the people were.
Whether it was going for a hike, a bike ride, or a swim, everyone seemed to always be doing something outdoors. This was in stark contrast to the lifestyle that I was used to coming from Toronto.
Over the last few years, I have adapted to the lifestyle here in Vancouver. I find myself being much more active than I ever thought I would be!
Admittedly, I am still nowhere near as outdoorsy as most people here, but I've definitely begun to enjoy activities such as (mild) hikes, bike rides, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, etc.
This city is definitely growing on me. :)
