I have to admit that my motivation has seriously been lacking lately. I've found myself exhausted and just wanting to come home after work and take a nap. As life generally gets busier, I'm realizing that I'm letting important parts of my life slide, like my diet.
It wasn't until someone mentioned that the reason for my recent fatigue was probably highly due to the fact that I haven't eaten a proper home cooked meal in....let's say...a few weeks?
I have no idea why I get into these funks, but it sucks. It feels like things start to spiral out of control and the to do list just keeps getting longer.
As a new month begins, I think it's that time that I take my own advice, which I shared here, and get my life back in order.
